What’s Next
Your test kit is scheduled to arrive at our laboratory for processing the next WEEKDAY (Monday-Friday) morning delivery. Samples are checked in immediately upon arrival and added to the next batch for processing.  Once our quality assurance team approves results to be released, you will receive a text and/or email through our automated system notifying you your results are ready to view.
IMPORTANT: Samples using our pre-paid shipping labels are scheduled to arrive in our laboratory before 12:00 PM PST/3:00 EST.  Results are typically released within 12 hours of receipt.  Note time zones can make a difference in terms of what time you can expect results! It could be into the wee hours of the morning on the east coast due to time zone differences.
What To Expect Next – Step by Step

At Hermes Health Sciences, we take protecting your Personal Health Information (PHI) seriously!  This means making sure your COVID test results are securely transmitted via our PatientConnect portal.  Below helps you understand the process and what to expect to access your results. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

During collection, you are given the choice of receiving results via Text or Email or both.  If you choose email, please note the email you provided so you know where to look for results.

Once available, you will receive a text or email (or both) from our automated system inviting you to login to our secure PatientConnect portal to retrieve your results while at the same time keeping your personal health information safe and protected.  Simply follow prompts.

NOTE:  Results are typically available within 48-72 hours from receipt at one of our laboratories.

I received notification but cannot access my account. 

ANSWER:            

Make sure the email address you provided at collection must be identical to the one you use to log into our Patient Portal and make sure you use the proper format to input your Date of Birth (XX/XX/XXXX).

ANSWER:                        

It could be your sample is still in process but PLEASE CHECK Junk/Spam folder for email try search texts and email accounts for:  info@frhc.com or PatientConnect before contacting customer support.
